We welcome and encourage responsible security research into any of our connected devices or software platforms, including:

All submissions are handled confidentially. We aim to acknowledge valid reports within 3 working days and provide a resolution or update within a reasonable timeframe. We request that researchers do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have confirmed and resolved the issue.
